Terms of Use

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Malaysian laws or regulations.
• Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm us or other users.
• Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Site or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.
• Collect or harvest any information from the Site without our permission.
• Use the Site for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. The Site is for public use only; no user or organizer accounts are available.

2. Event Submissions

Organizers or users may submit event information to us via email forms provided on the Site ("Submissions"). By submitting an event, you represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit the event details, including any images, text, or other materials.
• The Submission is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• The Submission does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• The Submission complies with all applicable laws, including those related to advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy in Malaysia.
• You are authorized to act on behalf of any person or entity referenced in the Submission.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any Submission at our sole discretion, without explanation or liability to you. We do not guarantee that we will publish, review, or retain any Submission. We may edit, remove, or refuse any Submission at our sole discretion. Once submitted, you cannot retract or edit a published Submission except by contacting us directly.

3. License to Submissions

By submitting an event to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and publicly perform your Submission (including any associated materials) in connection with the Site and our services. This license allows us to promote, aggregate, or otherwise utilize the Submission to help users find events in Sarawak.

You retain any copyright or other intellectual property rights in your Submission, but you waive any moral rights or similar rights that may interfere with our use of the Submission.

4. Content on the Site

The Site includes content from public sources ("Public Content") and user Submissions. Public Content is provided for informational purposes only and is not endorsed or verified by us. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Public Content or Submissions.

All other content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software (except for user Submissions), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.
• Any Submissions or Public Content on the Site.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from the Site.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or other harmful code.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to RM100 (one hundred Malaysian Ringgit).

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your Submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sarawak, Malaysia.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
